This is the price of a superior room with a Sea view for two adults and one child. The price of the accommodation you paid is 315 euro and not 355 euro since we offered a discount upon reservation. We would have liked to have the opportunity to hear your comments while in our resort and offer to you the necessary clarifications and assistance. Possitive in the hotel are: The hotel in total is super good. We didnt found the menu in the room and in the television it had a problem. But is difficult to have a real 5 star hotel when the staff is from balcans. Everything is new clean well maintained and a big bravo to the owner. The managment of the hotel is trying to make possible to sell the hotel as a 5 star hotel and they did it with the investment they have done. They are focused on working with open buffet for lunch and dinner that in my opinion was much more better than alla carte but if i wanted open buffet i can choose Turkey.they are the best for selling that type of food that i will never choose. When you make such a big investment you should also improve the quality of food. The portions was extremely big,the food extremely not tasty. We saw and ordered in alla carte menu that was a A3 paper and nothing was good. Second thing is that when you pay around 355 eur night the level of the restaurant should be on the same level of the price. We have been on the start of september and the hotel was fully renovated,and seems new and we payed around 355 eur night BB,and when i saw a day before leaving the price was only 200 night BB.So they didn’t respect the clients in a honest way. But at the same time there are those little things that bring you down a bit.… There are obvious advantages and things you get for the money you pay. The overall impression is actually ambiguous. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting too much from this place in terms of obeying the covid19 rules, but I was rather pleasantly surprised – every staff member is wearing a mask. And it is both natural (leaves and crust from trees nearby, which Im fine with) and trashy (plastic wrap, cigarettes butts). I dont know whether it is always like that but when I was staying at Maestral I was really disappointed. With some tiny stones or bits of mud in it. When you flush water down the tub, some of it (or from some place else, ew) rises from the shower drain. Sorry about it, however I need to stay honest and a snob (cause I am one, really). The great thing about bathroom in a standard double room with sea view is that it actually has both a shower and a tub. Water, by the way, is not provided (only small ones in the minibar for a fee), which is quite an obvious expectation from a 5-star resort. I stayed at standard double room, which is basically what you expect from every European hotel: rather small but has everything 2 people may need while staying. Still I would strongly recommend them to consider taking serious action.… I believe that the hotel management is already well aware of this very obvious "sunbeds business". What's the purpose of this behaviour? Most probably, the so called "reserved" sunbeds being intended for renting to visitors, not hotel guests. All other frontrow sunbeds were in fact reserved / marked by the hotel-beach staff only with clean towels without any small usual personal property like books or suncreams. However this is absolutely not true! While having my early morning coffee overlooking the beach, this morning I saw only one guest on the beach taking a frontrow sunbed. Namely, reserved by hotel guests, so I was told by the beach staff. To be more exact, at 08.00 am - official opening time of the private hotel beach most of the frontrow / beachfront sunbeds were already reserved. Honestly the place would deserve at least a 4 star rating, but sadly enough the shameful monkey business with sunbed reservations conducted by the beach staff was a real disappointment.
